Its so true though. Obviously all managers want the top jobs, and Chelsea would normally be considered in that category, but its just a ridiculous situation there, where:
a) Unless you get instant success - you're out of a job
b) If you have ideas different to one of the senior players - you're out of a job
What up & coming manager would want to go through any of that playground shiiiiz?
