So Much for Will Power

I wasn't going to go, I really wasn't, but then my son offered to drive up to the Potteries so I thought why not.

Pesch will probably say we were unlucky, that we had too many injuries and that we came up against a Vale team enjoying a good run of form. All that might be true but we should still have made a bit more of a game of it.

Stuff bringing in midfielders, we need defenders as was shown tonight. They were pitifully off the pace and looked every bit an ageing conference back line.

But what can we do, after all Ben has made his decision although I feel he may have been sitting there tonight thinking to himself "oh s.....". For the first time I didn't get angry over the result. As someone text me before the game "If you can neither accept it or change it, try to laugh at it".

I laughed alright!

Oh god i feel for you ,it was bad enough listening to it on the radio ,there was a alas a bit of inevitability about the result before a ball was kicked i felt .Poor old Vale they will still only be level on points with ourselves should they be docked their 10pts at least until the weekend .We will stay up thats not the issue but the manner at which we have slipped down the table is quite alarming . The Radio Derby commentator explained that Lincoln city were three points better off than us before tonights match and they got relegated last season ! surely not !!! oh Ben please take action

Pez, I wouldn't even play that back four in the West Midlands Combination League. And what has happened to Atkins? The kid looks totally shot of confidence. Peschisolido said he let Driver go back to West Ham because his confidence was going, so by the same token can we expect to see our keeper back at Pride Park soon?

That was one of the worst performances I have ever seen.

Vale weren't that good but they did not need to be. Their 'keeper could have brought a camping chair and a newspaper. One save to make all night that my cat would have saved. Pathetic.

4-5-1 again. Ridiculous.

Ainsworth is a brilliant player. I can't believe that we got him. Looked like he could be dangerous. Other than the first 5-10 minutes, did we give him the ball? Nope. Unbelievable.

A decent team would have buried us by 5 or 6 tonight.

Some brief Pesch out chants.

Why doesn't he resign?

I asked about Atkins earlier in the season, I presume opinions are changing?

I still think one of the biggest goofs around Christmas and New Year time was not keeping Tom Parkes.

BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH, same **** different day,you all know my thoughts. He needs to go the quicker the better,he is doing himself, the players, his family or BAFC any favours by staying, he will continue to drag us down and makes himself look more inept with each passing day !

I have to say that display last night still beats the one at Torquay last season.
Now that was the very worst of the Albion.

We are capable of even worse yet Pez !
