Lampard has scored way more goals than Giggs and he's much younger than Giggs. Lampard has 140 premier league goals compared to Giggs's 105 premier league goals. Lampard is only 13 league assists behind Giggs as well. Lampard has 85 league assists and Giggs has 98 assists.

People say to be in the English premier league you need speed and pace to succeed and yet those same people say Lampard has none which he doesn't. But that must mean Lampard is the best player to play in the premier league to succeed without pace and speed.
