Ok so you released clan operations for one weekend when you stated that it would be release until its 100% and we can all see its not at 10% so why havent you issued the gold badges and clan xp how do you expect our clans to rank up at all?

It has taken a little longer than we originally thought to verify all winners and apply the clan XP to those winning clans. I apologize for the inconvenience.

No need to apologize just give me a date when we will get the clan xp and gold badges. It was stated that clan ops would not be release until it was at 100% if its not ready then why was it released?

As I said we originally thought it would only take that long, but it is taking a little longer than we originally thought.

Do they plan on having ELITE around for Black OPS 2 because you know this has been an epic failure and probably have lost tons of customers. In fact this is probably the last COD game you should make I mean this was an epic failure so many people should have been fired from Activision and Beachhead.

I apologize that you feel that way. I do not have any information on if ELITE will be apart of any future Call of Duty games.

My interpretation of the original conversation

(beginning pleasantries)

Gul explains his problem

Activision guy answers it with the answer he has been told to by Activision higher ups

Gul explains problem with a little more info on why he is upset

Activision bloke explains that nothing more can be done really, it was an unforeseen problem and they are doing what they can but sorry for that

Gul asks bloke to write up some other date when he gets his shiny trophy (even though they have no idea when it will be rectified) or he will go all incredible Hulk on the bloke (Failing to realise that if bloke on customer care wrote a date that was wrong this would lead to another convo with Gul complaining that his XP still hasn’t appeared- for anyone who does Business Studies of any kind this is called a problem client, someone who when faced with the facts will still bleat on thinking that they are not the wrong)

Acti bloke repeats statement that he has to do because if not management would surely fire him for making false promises

Gul takes his apology and decides to attempt to mock the bloke by claiming that he is an Indian that knows nothing of the English language (Not funny) and then tries to get his own way by saying that to prove you are real type in a statement that I can saev and use against you at a later date.

Acti bloke repeats stance that he cannot give a lead time and apologises

Gul, infuriated at this decides to go all daily mail on him and mocks Acti blokes company, how he wants to see people fired for it, this is the worst one evah and hopes that the next one will be from some other developer, he will be writing to his MP about this etc etc

Acti bloke remains professional and attempts to answer it

Gul has no time to listen to reason and carries on, also adding for a request to be called legit

Acti bloke is confused as to why anyone would ask such a strange request, other than to gain a cheap laugh and some form of petty win in this complaint.

Acti bloke does as he says and they both end the call

Both parties make copies of this, one by Gul to show here and one by the acti bloke to add to the file of “nutter customers we have had to deal with since the tekkies fudged up Elites launch.”
