He is a good manager but until he proves it with another team he will never be a great IMO.
He inherited a great team/platform set up by Rijkaard with the 4-3-3 system. He walked into a team full of world class in every position and possibly the greatest player to ever kick a ball, he would be pretty poor if he didnt dominate.

He did inherit a great team but took it to another lelve. You can see that just by the way they press the ball and work so hard off it.
