not winning the league for 3 years is not acceptable when your greatest rivals have been on there knees/financial and squad size

im sure if rangers had been in the same financial position as celtic over the past 3 years im sure winning the 4th best cup would be no consolation - it appears coming second is the new first for our celtic friends
