The die was cast when SDM tried to emulate Celtic.
Many have tried. Most, like Rangers, have failed.

Rangers' future does not depend on the law. It depends on a business decision. Continue with debts & risk failure or liquidate & start over.
Perhaps 4 out of the 7 parties looking to buy Rangers want the club to be liquidated or have the intention of liquidating it.
Remember that a CVA does not liquidate debts; it just buys you more time and offers better repayment terms. You still need to pay the debt.
