I keep hearing that the game in scotland cannot do without TV revenue and that we need Both Old Firm Clubs to make sure that tv remains.

So, how much power can the fans of ALL Scottish teams weild with regards to tv.

If Sky/ESPN decided pull their contract with Scottish football would any fans consider cancelling their subscription to sky in protest ?

If so is there a big enough subscription base in Scotland to worry the TV companies should subscribers protest and

Is there enough fan power in Scotland to force the tv companies to reconsider ?

Would this be a viable protest ?
