Potential players going out; Fabregas, Clichy, Nasri, Bendtner, Denilson, Squilacci, Almunia. Possibly Arshavin and Eboue.
How does a manager like Wenger who doesn't spend a lot, replace and improve the team if we lose that many players? He will have to change his ways, but can you see him doing that? Not only does he have to bring in players to solve our defensive frailties, he will need to replace a few players.
If we do go on to lose the above players, he will need to bring in 5 or 6 players.
Player we could really do with and have been linked with; 2 Center-backs (Samba, Cahill, Dann, Subotic, Hummels), 1 Center-midfield (Vidal, Parker, M'Villa).
Likely to be signed; Gervinho.
Might be signed; Alvarez.
Player likely to be brought into the first team: Frimpong
Returning players; Ramsey
We desperately need 2 center-back and a midfielder and with Gervinho coming in we then MIGHT be able to persuade Nasri to sign and that Arsenal is a team good enough to win silverware.
Thoughts?

As it stands we have not sold any of those players.
As much as i'd like some of them to go they are still Arsenal players.

That's the million dollar question! And one that's bugging me to be honest.
Irrespective of if ceratin players leave or not, there's serious restructuring to be done anyway within the squad.
But should Nasri leave (Fabregas is pretty much all but gone) then I don't think promoting from within is an option and signing gems from obscurity, like Wenger's seemingly made a career out of is not really the way to go these days. Modern football has meant that the teams that buy the best players generally win things. And the "best" players (these days) are hot property and thus go for big bucks.
Gonna be interesting...

That is exactly why i said "potential players to go out" and used the word "if"

Some of these guys have been on the market since the season ended and i dont think we have had any bids for any apart from Cesc.
At least 90% from the list will be with us.

Realistically it will be cahill or samba I cant see both coming in or we'd have 5 CB's if we don't sell squilacci. And it looks more and more likely it'll be cahill as blackburn want the same money for samba as cahill and i think cahills the better player. If we sell Fabregas i think we will buy a holding player to replace him and let wilshere/ramsey play. If nasri goes and we do sign mata I'd probably be shocked into a coma. But apparently we're supposed to be signing chamberpot alvarez and gervinho so maybe that will be enough to negate the loss of nasri but i still feel we would need a signing like mata if we lost cesc and nasri A) to keep the fans happy with a bit of a 'marquee' signing and B) to replace some of the quality itt would be very risky trying to replace nasri with 3 wingers who have no experience at the top level.
