That is a decent enough team but i would go for this team:
Cech
Ivanovich, Cahill, Terry, Luiz
Ramires, Essien
Mata
Sturridge, Drogba, Torres

blueisthecolor, problem with your team is Torres, Lampard is more of a threat than FT but he can't play by the left so throw in Kalou instead, Malouda has been a shadow of himself lately else I would use him. Mata behind the strikers makes a lot of sense too.

Essien & Luiz in front of Cahill & JT

Torres should not be featuring unless he's used in last minutes

I would have put Kalou on the left but i didnt for 2 reasons:
1: He hasn't really been playing well lately.
2: I feel he is better coming on with about 20-30 minutes to go if we do require goal (s).
