Come on!

Been complaining last couple of weeks that something wasn't right or clicking. Luck evaded us but that was a deserved win and very overdue.

Well done Gerrard and the lads! Enrique had a blinder! Carroll and Suarez had something going on between them! And Carroll's ping from the centre circle! Charlie Adam sit down! Kelly looking like a star! 4 club home grown players starting the game too, derby day proper!

Most pleased, thoroughly enjoyed that. Obviously the team has what it takes just more often than not this season things haven't come off. Let's hope the excitement of derby day didn't cause this performance but rather the tactics etc.

Hopefully that kind of display will be carried forward. We got the goals and that's what matters, something we haven't got enough all season.
