Ajax have a poise that our lads just don't have, it's a great standard to set and the lads are really showing their inexperience.

Is amazing how clinical these foreign lads are at a young age.
We have been smashed by a few teams and only because they are clinical and we are not.

Our defence has been too loose and there hasn't been enough grit or desire shown by some of them.
