Passionate Seagull in Peace.
I was recently at the Cardiff City and Portsmouth games and I must say, we have been appalling. When I say 'we' I don't mean the team or the royal 'we', I mean 'we' as the fans!!!
I know the move to Falmer Stadium has been a very stressful period for us, me included. But we really need to ditch the prawn sandwiches and start singing and cheering our boys on.
I know this stadium does not compare to the Withdean Stadium when it comes to atmosphere. The Withdean was one of the best grounds for it in the country, the away fans used to love going there and frequently called it the 'Cauldron'. But come on, we can't keep looking in the past at what we had, we need to do with what we have now.
How many of you lot were here when Mark McGhee was in charge? We had the best fans in the country at that time.
So how about it? Let's ditch the prawn sandwiches and really get behind Gus and the boys and let's push for a mid table finish!!!!!
Has anyone got any good ideas for new songs?
I quite like singing 'living next door to Alice".
ALICE? WHO THE **** IS ALICE?!?
Let's make some noise!!!

Brilliant. I love the optimism Y2J, but I don't think you could get the brighton fans excited about genital oragami. Went down there to watch us play and couldn't have guessed I was watching a championship soccer game with two teams striving for mid table..........more like test cricket. Not too sure about the "Withdean" stadium as I never had the pleasure of going down there myself but did here that a local High school had their sports day at the same time Brighton were playing which in fact created a very mixed atmosphere. That's taking initiative. Anyway, good luck rallying the troops
