That we had such a good manager and motivator in our ranks all along... Avb is the worst thing to have happened to the club since Terry's slip, think of where we would have been in the league if RDM was at the helm.
Imo, RDM should be allowed to undertake a more subtle transition and gradually bring in more youths from our academy to understudy DD, Lamps and Terry, that should be our new project.
