Was going to go on GiffGaff just after i bought my Galaxy S2. I was attracted by the amazing price and the unlimited data.

But i guess you get what you pay for. Not having an actual help line or an actual shop, if you have a problem you have to put a message on a forum and just wait for a reply now on t mo and my god its bad!

What goodybag are you on?
Its a problem being on a sim only contract because its just as much as being on a contract with a phone included

10.00 goodybag, its great value the problem is the site, you cant get any info from them, i topped up two phones with the goodybags and nothing has come through, went on their website and they just fob you off with excuse after excuse, if it doesn't work don't take the money

Funnily enough, was talking to a mate in work about this yesterday, he said that the service is really good. They use o2's masts, so I wonder why the network is rubbish?

amazing deal really is cheap and the coverage is great, the problem is the website, the support and just little things like it took nearly 3 weeks for my friend to activate his sim!

if you look through the support page on their website most of them are things like "can't send text" "can't receive calls" I don't know if its the people using the service or the network itself?

Get on 3. 5000 mins, 5000 texts, unlimited data for £15 a month sim only. I get 6mbps d/l speeds too!

Whats coverage like though on 3 ?
Heard it is shiite?
