totally agreed capello. but rest assured many self proclaimed experts on here won't understand that. many see no light beyond avb's backside.
the players didn't play for avb. whatever the reason it's avb's fault. so, no need for clearout. we nee a couple of qualty additions and give rdm chance.

dont get me wrong but they all past their best. i dont ming didie in his best but his best coming onec in 10 games which is not enouf.

cole- new LB plus bertrand
bosingwa,ferreira - iva plus new RB
what we need is to get 3 real quality players plus give our youngster some opotunity finaly.

In the summer we need 3 new players and they are:
Goalkeeper who can push Cech back to his best my choice would be Hennessy from Wolves who this season as been 1 of the best goalies in the PL.
We also need a new right back as i honestly don't think Bosingwa will have his contract renewed, i dont know who the club are looking at but there has been quite a lot of reports linking us with Van Der Wiel.
We also need an out and out winger someone who can go past players and cross the ball, i realise we have just bought De Bruyne but i think we need at least 1 more or 2 if De Bruyne goes out on loan next season although we could use Kakuta if he does.

Totally agree Blue Capello, the problem is for me is that is how it should have been managed in the first place. In my opinion AVB totally alienated some of the senior players by being in too much of a hurry, quite disrespectful in the hard line way he treated them. He provoked confrontation and revolution rather than gentle evolution.

Yes, I agree that some of these players need to be moved on (in fact I will volunteer to personally drive the car that takes them away) and I also agree that the players are nowhere near blameless in all this, but his man-management was atrocious. If in years to come he is going to be this genius that some are predicting then he will need to learn from this experience and improve that, or he may well have similar problems in the future.

AVB should have done MORE and earlier.

Should have cleared out when he first arrived.
