I dont usually do this, but then when I say it afterwards I get the whole 'hindsight' thing.
Basically IF UTD win the title I personally think we should send a thankyou card to Terry and Tevez.
Tevez because, despite the whole Kompany love in, i think would have won them some games. The disruption has cost mancini
Terry because it is painfully obvious that CFC's decline was due to them not playing on the real manager, John Terry
I can see chelsea beating City and going on a revival.

People often say that the first championship is the hardest and after citys taste of silverware next season it’s important to beat them in the premiership to avoid them building momentum. The longer they go on without that trophy the more players they will bring in and will eventually start chop and changing managers.

Exactly. This was the year for them to win. Came joint 2nd last year. They have a title winning team imo. Before the start of the season, I said to Man City fans on here, Mancini is the only thing that would stop you from winning the league this year. I think I might have been right. It wil get harder next year. I cant see Chelsea not spending money. Arsenal will spend & Utd will too.

MrChelsea – Yeah I think with the situations at Chelsea and the fact that united seem to be going through another transition this iss probably citys best chance to win the title. I am certain united will strengthen in the summer, if Chelsea sort out their managerial/player situation they too will be back in the mix next year as will spurs and an arsenal who will have wilshere back and might managed to keep RVP.
I wouldn’t necessarily put the blame with Mancini though – I think he has done a good job and has bought in some good players, I think even the team that comes second will take over 90 points which is very impressive. Of course theres still some way to go yet – the next few games are key – city need to maintain the pressure and united need to not give them any encouragement whilst city have a run of tougher games coming up

Good points, Arsenal, Chelsea and Utd will certainly be stronger next season, if Spurs can add a top player or two they will also be stronger.
How can City really improve other than replacing the manager?
I hope they stick with him although I actually find him quite a likeable character. Though I can’t help but feel if Tevez had played all season, they’d be a few points better off, I certainly think he is more clinical than anybody else they have.

Yeah but its all ifs and buts – if they hadn’t had the tevez fall out would balotelli have scored as many? Would dzeko have got less games and cause unrest? The only player I like at city is aguero – he just gets on with the game similar to messi – hes not that clinical but he is still young

Chelsea were poor this season because AVB was trying to put together a young team, which clearly wasn't working. When he tried to revert back to the older players they no longer bothered about playing for AVB so played poorly.
This is why Di Matteo is doing well so far. He can play the old guard because he is only there 'til summer and the Drogba, Terry . etc. have nothing against him.

Were Lamps and Terry playing for Chelsea at the end of Di Matteo's career?
Also, with regard to Tevez, as you say it's if's and buts, but he is a far better player than Dzeko and Balloteli, I'd even say quite a bit better then Aguero. There are also rumours Dzeko is already getting annoyed with the amount of game time and wants to go in the summer.

Chelsea didn't have the quality to challenge this year.
If we win the title by 1 point or GD the City fans will be out for his blood IMO.

Anybody else think Carlos Tevez is a much better player than Aguero?
=======================================
I don't think he is, i know he is, much more effective and rises to the occasion, aguero like suarez flatters to deceive.
