great news - whatever Sky bring to the table - the BBC will get many many more viewers of the greatest game than Sky ever will. Also good news as recently the BBC has lost F1 coverage and now many of the big gee gee races....

To be honest fairground, I don't need all the little extra's Sky/Fox put into the game....high-lighted kicking angles and all the razza-mataz...etc. give me the game with a replay here and there and a honest call and I'm happy...

Can't argue with you there Demba......pretty sad aren't they...
BUT you are not on your own in that dept.....we have the likes of Hadlee on the radio and that fool Gould on the idiot box where he doesn't make a comment until he has seen 4 replays so when he does comment he is correct, he never puts his reputation on the line with an opinion before any replays......we will swap you one Stevo for one Gould every second year so we both get a break from lunacy...

Well i'm in the camp thats grateful that the BBC are keeping the challenge cup untill 2016 at least.
I must be a rarity here as i enjoy the comments of Stevo and Gus. Both these men know the game inside out.

B-F....do me a favour and the next time you are watching a game where Gus is in the commentary box. listen & watch for when he makes his comments......
His comments are always after watching 3-4 replays and then he will take you back to why this try was scored. He goes player (A) was put into this position by player (B) whilst player (C) came through the hole left by player (A) with an inside pass that left the open passage to the try-line by player (D)........mate after 3-4 replays any duncoff can see where & how the try was developed, we don't need Gus's in-sight of never being wrong after friggin so many replays.
Besides all the childish carry-on rubbish he does with Rabbit's (Warren) during the call that flows out of his mouth for up to two sets of 6 going without commentary....
My mind will not be swayed in this dept B-F, I dis-like Gould with a passion to the point of having to drink my beer out of a can and not a bottle/glass so as it doesn't go through the idiot box screen, we will have to agree to dis-agree on this menace to R/L society...cheers..

Hey, Rabbitohs,just watched a terrific game,between
your team & bronco`s what a game,what a testament
to intensity of these guys, your guys a bit unlucky to go
down after leading 12-0,but as a neutral it was great,
RL at its very best.Downside was the sickening sight
of the young guy breaking his leg.

Joe....Full credit to the Brisbane team for the courage, firstly to hang on so it didn't go from 12-0 down to 18-0 down about the time of that horrific injury to Yow-Yei.....I'm disappointed in losing but not in the way we lost.....Brisbane would of beat near every team in the comp the way they dug-in deep...I really thought we had them with 20min. to go and up 12-4 but we didn't, hopefully the players learnt something from the game and carry it into next.....
