Er yeah, with the amount of witty, insightful articles on these boards now, Dave's predictions are struggling to not stand out.

After he was booed by his own fans Joey Barton responded by saying form is temporary, class is permanent. But he better hope QPR's form holds out because if their class kicks back in he'll be playing Championship football next season,

During his torrid time at Liverpool, apparently Arsenal were keen to take him on in defensive duties at a pivotal time for the club. At the last minute the move fell through, only for Arsenal to look to relative unknown David O'Leary - a move Pundit called at the time "madness" and would "not really workout", he famously said O'Leary "won't last 5 minutes".

He's never forgiven the club for not seeing past the Irishman, this also explains his occasional national blindness.

I should point out this is largely rumour, and Pundit refutes the comments to this day.
