Maybe we just have more players that can score goals..

Charlton 70 goals minus Wright Phillips 21 = 49
Wednesday 67 minus Madine 15 = 52
Blunts 73 minus Evans 21= 52
Uddersfield 71 minus Rhodes 33 = 28

That's exactly right, look at last seasons top scorers in League 1
Craig Mackail-Smith 30 Peterborough United
Glenn Murray 22 Brighton and Hove Albion
Bradley Wright-Phillips 21 Charlton Athletic
Rickie Lambert 21 Southampton
Ashley Barnes 18 Brighton and Hove Albion

Four of the top 5 leading scorers played for the three promoted teams.

A great 3 points. One game may not make a season but even at this stage of procedings it can define one.

We could and should have thumped Orient today and even though 1-0 may not alter the goal difference a great deal, it gets the same amount of points as 5-0.

These are exactly the sort of games we have to win if we are to be in second spot come 5pm on May 5th. This could prove to be a very significant 3 points. Let's just hope the Spireites aren't too tired on Wednesday night.

Dry,
I think you need to learn how to subtract.
71-33 =38, not 28 Doh.
Put that in your calculator.
For one who supports a MASSIVE Club as described by the Wendy imbecile who pontificated to Robbie Savage on R5L tonight and who was rightly put down by Robbie, it is a little bit poor.
See Me after school.
Write 250 lines after school,
"I shall learn how to do subtraction"
"I shall never again insult Barnsley and Doncaster as clubs who have no right to be in the Championship".
If there is one thing I enjoy, it is so-called 'big club fans' being humiliated by their own stupidity.
You lot have L66ds United syndrome.

Wendies,
Again referring to the Wendy imbecile who referred to Man U, Man C, Chelsea, Spurs, Arsenal all looking forward to the day when Wendies were back in the PL and drawing crowds of 40000 & 50000.
Get real.
Not one of those clubs give you a second thought. They probably don't know who you are.
They probably remember Peter Swan and John Fantham though. Enjoy.
Cuffing funts.

Get a life Jack, stop obsessing with Wednesday. And try practicing what you preach with regards to 'having your own board'.

I thought we were fairly good yesterday, we certainly were the better team but in all honesty other than the goal, I only remember 3 good chances, the rest were long shots or fairly weak headers at goal under heavy challenges and half chances. It was a good team performance.

Very much lookin forward to it Wether

I think if Madine hadnt got that injury we'd be in a much more...er, comfortable postion right now, more games would have been won as he was on fire prior to his injury...you never know, we could have been neck and neck with Charlton now hadnt it been for his injury

based on our performance against charlton saturday id defo say you will have to be at your very best to come away with anything from the pharm. altho we might not get a repeat performance but was very encouraging.
