Poor all round really. Need to get back on track v Bolton and Swansea.
What you want from the third and final phase?
"What you want from the third and final phase?"
Top 4.
Spurs are obviously not good enough to meet the 76 pts benchmark (which is a true measure of improvement) .

RDBD I said this would happen all along but you referred be to your groundbreaking article around new year to prove it wouldn't
"I said this would happen all along but you referred be to your groundbreaking article around new year to prove it wouldn't"
What precisely DOES my "groundbreaking" article actually say ... ??
I didn't bookmark it, I just remember saying all Spurs have done so far is have a decent half a season and you said 'wait for my article on a couple of days '.
it's not over though

Allow me to clarify my understanding here :
You are "" over a "groundbreaking" article you claim exists, but cannot cite ??
yes, you were so giddy at the time as well
but Arsenal fans know best.

i don't need to cite or prove anything, i remember it well enough
phase 3 - backtrack

it had some stats about how being x amount of points ahead of us at y stage of the season statistically means you're almost guaranteed to finish above us
We don't look to have improved on the season we got top 4 at all. We're looking like we'll finish in the same position on a similar amount of points, with similar goals for and against. And if we don't get past the semis of the FA Cup then it'll be like a carbon copy. Pretty disappointing when you consider the first half of the season we had.
"it had some stats about how being x amount of points ahead of us at y stage of the season statistically means you're almost guaranteed to finish above us"
And what you will do in the event that tis shown that the above was NEVER WRITTEN (verbatim or vaguely) ...
Me and you know it was written
perhaps you've edited it
it's not over though, twists and turns to come
"We don't look to have improved on the season we got top 4 at all."
Indeed.
If anything the phase 2 games are far worse.
Was far more pressure to get results against our top 4 rivals in a compressed fixture schedule.
And there is no UEFA stuff this season to use as an excuse for "tiredness" etc either.

I can understand why you cannot find it though.
I have written sooooooooooooooo many articles on JA606.
"perhaps you've edited it"
And are now claiming that I've edited.
Perhaps I could actually "edit" it enough to write it in the first place.

I know Liverpool aren't a top 4 team anymore, but interestingly we've got the same number of points (9) as we did in the top 4 season against Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and United as well. We really are doing our best to replicate that season.

"We really are doing our best to replicate that season."
The phase 2 schedule gave some leeway for defeat, given the efforts of phase 1. 14 from 27 was not a big ask, regardless of the opponents. The excuses of last season are also not applicable.
