Im guessing it will be something along the lines of:

----------------------Schmeichel-----------------------------

Peltier--------Morgan----------St. Ledger--Konchesky

--------------------------Bamba-------------------------------

Marshall----------------Drinkwater-------------------Dyer

---------------Nugent-----------------Beckford------------

Without Danns, Gallagher, and Wellens you are much weakened, and we will fancy our chances especially as our away form is pretty good at the moment as evidenced by wins at Leeds and Birmingham.

If McCleary is fit to go up against Konchesky it could be a good night for the Trickies.

One thing is for sure it will be tougher for you than it was on our last visit.

Weakened without Gallagher?

and we will be stronger without Boateng, Greening, Findley, and Harewood.

Why not play a 4-3-3? Let's face it - if NP still genuinely believes that we can make the play-offs then he'll know that we have to win pretty much every game from here on in to stand any chance whatsoever.

--------------Schmeichel---------------
Pelts---St Ledger--Bamba--Konch
Marshall------Drinkwater-------Dyer
------------------Nugent-------------------
--------Beckford-------Schlupp---------

Hell will, of course, freeze over before we field a side anything like that. But what the heck - it'd be entertaining at least!

My guess Wellens will be fit and come in as the holding player.

If not, then maybe we will get to see Bamba in the middle!

Did I hear that Andy King was back in full training? What are the chances that he might make the bench?

Is Johnson still with us ?

How unfit does he need to be to not even make the bench ?

I’ve a feeling that Alan Birchenall might get a game before Nigel would turn to Johnson, but it does make you wonder. Even if he could last 45 minutes it might be better than playing someone out of position.

As I say, though, I don’t think it’ll ever happen. If he came in and did badly NP would be crucified for risking him at this crucial stage of the season. If he came in and did well then everyone would question why NP didn’t give him a try weeks ago.

"Without Danns, Gallagher, and Wellens you are much weakened"

Danns maybe, but the other two.... Whoever plays ahead of them is better for the team.

I thought Bamba did OK against Hull when he came on, not exactly Makelele but he did alright. Remember though that Forest have a man in fantastic form in McCleary and we need to keep him quiet, i.e. have someone on his toes. Can Bamba do a man marking job? Has he got enough discipine to do that? Undecided.

Is it just me, or in recent games has Pearson been trying Peltier in the holding role for patchs of the game?

I expect to see
Kasper
St Ledger -------Morgan------Bamba-------Konch

----------------------------Peltier------------------------------

Marshal----------------Drinkwater--------------Dyer

------------Nugent---------------------Beckford------------
