When is SKA, I'm very flexible
Well, my tournament is being played this week so that should, respectfully, take priority. You'll have to settle with Kent who's tournament will go first as soon as mine is finished.
Starting next week is probably the best option.

Put people in groups and let them play group games over a period of time then set an evening (usually sundays are gd for most) to do knockouts.
