No it wouldn't be number 20 yet, we're playing teams fighting for their lives to avoid relegation. QPR won't be easy and they showed us that against Liverpool and an inform Arsenal too. Please stop thinking we've got this title wrapped up, I suspect points will be dropped tonight or even at QPR. The league is unpredictable.
It's not over by a long shot, still a lot of work to do yet.
QPR will be easy. I am sure of 3 points in that game.
Tonights match is our tougest in the run-up to the derby but the match against Everton at home could be tricky too.
All I am trying to say is winning tonight's game is very important and if we do win then I am sure its all over. Lose to draw tonight's match and the race is still open.
PS: Even if we drop points, City are not playing well at all and I am sure they will drop more points then us
Win tonight then beat QPR then we will beat 8 clear (i know that might not happen) but say we do then City play Arsenal away who will be VERY fired up to beat City as they dislike them for starters. But also are trying to get that 3rd place after a defeat and after Spurs winning it's now a huge game for Arsenal.
Title decider tonight surely if we win
...............
Jesus, we have some knuckleheads amongst our fan base.
I can see us dropping points at Wigan to be honest. Like us, they always manage to pick it up at this stage of the season.
Its over already. City are doing an Arsenal/Liverpool style capitulation and totally bottling it. This will continue until they have no chance of catching you and then they'll start playing well again.

The only teams that are usually easy this time of the season ae those in mid table with nothing left to play for.
Yes we should beat QPR, but this might well be a game where our manager rests players and gives Park and Giggs a game.
We aren't going to QPR. It's a home game. I know people like to speak in cliches and say there are no easy games but after tonight our next 2 games are very winnable. After all, the reason these teams are battling relegation is because they are poor!
However, I do think tonight will be tough, due to our tendency to struggle at Blackburn.
I reckon if we win our games to the city game, I reckon a draw at the etihad will be enough to clinch it.
From our next 4 fixtures including today I can see a guaranteed 3 points in the Villa game only, rest are relegation threatened sides that won't be easy to break down.
Oh god VC, please don't say that. Sir Alex always says these players need games. I don't buy into that. They should earn games. And for all his effort, Park's performances this season have been consistently wretched and his inclusion would not be merited.
Wigan and QPR will be easy to break down if we field our strongest team Arab. Like I said before, they are delegation threatened for a reason. All the effort in the world won't improve their ability.
I read somewhere that if United win the league , Blackburn will be entitled to 2 million bonus
The Venkys should instruct Kean tonite about that.
@VC,
This might be true if we were in Europe still or the FA cup but we are not and Ferguson knows this.
I fully expect our strongest team out every week from now until the title is decided.
If by chance you are right and he does "rest" Scholes then I would prefer Cleverley to come in or Anderson if he is fit rather than resorting to Giggs or Park.

It doesn't matter with SAF, you should know this by now.
I take nothing for granted, we've won nothing yet and if this season has shown us anything; its that anything can and does happen.
@VC,
Ok, having looked at the fixtures he might rest a couple for QPR in light of playing Wigan a few days later but it wont be wholesale changes.
When we are back to one fixture a week then hopefully he will stick to the same team.
I dunno sometimes the worst teams to play are the sides in middle with nothing to play for, they can just relax and play their game with no worries.
I can see the OPs point, if utd are 8 points clear and city's game in hand is arsenal, it's a very hard situation to get back from
When was the last time we won away at Blackburn?
They are fighting to stay up so it's not going to be easy but SAF should just print out Bobby comments that we will draw and pin them to the dressing room wall
All games are hard in the premier league. Only against wigan have we found it easy but even then when we beat them 1-2 and 0-2 on our way to the title in 2008 and 2009 was really tough games.
In epl teams will defends= with 11 men behinmd the ball for most of the game but when they go up top they can score with there first attack.
Man utd against blackburn at old trafford, it was all man utd it was unbelieveable then bang a penalty 1-0 to blackburn when for the first 30mins 29mins of the game was played 25yds out from blavkburns goal.
City will get a result against Arsenal.
Nobody chokes like Arsenal and now they are in a fight for 3rd they will likely finish 6th
