I think Sessegnon is a bit more consistent but Ben Arfa has more potential. Both players are in my fantasy league so let's hope they both do well!
It is good to see Martin O'Neil doing a good job.
This season, it's Sessegnon. I pretty much agree with what ^he said, but Sessegnon is 3 years older and I think Ben Arfa is just getting in to the swing of things this year.
According to Pardew's Comments in the local rag, Ben Arfa has skills to match Messi's, so what chance has ous Sess got eh!...
However, in reality I would not swap Sess for Arfa for all the tea in China.
When both on form Ben Arfa is better than Sess however that hasn't been enough this year. This season Sessegnon but now that HBA is fully fit and understands the league I would say him by a bit next year.
MrRAWhite talk about taken a comment out of context eh Seriously though 2 fantastic players making NE football a better place.
Where-as Scott McDonald...
HBA still has a bit of learning in the EPL, whereas Sessegnon is more or less at his peak, but I think it's fair to say Sessegnon has definitely been better this season.
Going purely on goals and assists, HBA has a better record over full 90 minutes (12 games - 4 goals, 5 assists) but Sessegnon has more (28 games - 7 goals, 9 assists).
Sessegnon's been better this season, but I think for these last 7 games (and next season) HBA will show he's better. He's been absolutely quality since the derby (2 goals and 3/4 assists in 4 games), and we seem to have found a style that suits him AND Cisse.
Still they're both great players.
He's one of the only players I'd want at Newcastle, got a lot of ability.
At his best, Ben Arfa is better, But Sessegnon is having a cracking season. Depends on if Ben Arfa can continue his sizzling form
Let's hope that he doesn't
