Just out of interest why haven't D&P gone down this road?
Are you that thick?
We would get banned from europe for 3 years and get a points penalty!
Of course a CVA is a better route, but this will do as a back up!
mitre
You haven't provided any sources (sources? ) who back up your claim.
The ONLY people who suggested this route were Club Sports 9 and they didn't pursue it.
Do you wonder why?
It did happen Duke. They eventually got it back.
I'm thick
You really are a deluded little fella aren't you?
Mitre,
You are groping in the dark mate because nobody knows how the cards are going to fall.
Heck you might even win the FTT.
I understand why you are promoting your scenario, but all I will say is that, until the dust settles, you are wasting your time on this.
In my opinion the will be no liquidation. It will not be permitted. Either by the fans or Hector.
The debt can be paid off. It may take a decade, and it may, nay will, involve cost cutting. But I wish more fans were promoting this scenario, the honourable one.
There will be a hollow ring to any future celebrations if you leave a burst flange in your past.

You really are a deluded little fella aren't you?"
Deluded, not at all mate.
Im not the one that opened a thread to try to make a full of someone and then proceeded to get slapped about like a right fan-dan!
I didn't start this thread to "make a full" of you.
Neither have I been slapped around by anyone.
I've put forward various points. You choose to ignore them.
I ask you to provide a legitimate expert to back up your claim and you insult me by citing Club Sports 9.
I'll repeat: NO ONE HAS BACKED YOU UP.
NO ONE.
Tim,
I do honestly value your opinion mate. You are a good guy, unlike the tool who started the thread.
But you must admit, I have done a fair bit of research into this. Not one person has given a legal viewpoint as to why we cannot do this.
I have always provided proof along the way to my views.
Thats all I ask for if someone wants to properly debate me.
"I didn't start this thread to "make a full" of you."
Haha, ill give you that one!
You can always tell when someone has lost an argument when they start saying things like "I've slapped you around" and start calling people names like tool.
No one needs to give a legal viewpoint on why Rangers cannot do this because it wont happen.
Now, i ask for about the 12th time:
NAME ONE EXPERT WHO BACKS UP YOUR CLAIM.
Bubble,
You are a good wum, ill give you that!
Cheers bud. I do like your posts tho, and you fight for what you believe in.
And i like you too Mr Freeze. You have that cold hearted truth about you.
Lord Alan Sugar is the latest to put a bid in for the club. Apparently,if successful,we will in future be known as the Apprentice Boys
Or the 'easy beets'. ta ra.

I have to finish work now but I leave you with this:
After two months in administration it's never occured to anyone but you that this is a viable route?
Or did the experts consider it and dismiss it out of hand?
What do you think?
Why has no insolvency or financial expert made a similar claim?
We've had them on Newsnight Scotland. We had a finance expert from Starthclyde Uni on STV last week yet no one has suggested this route.
Why do you think that is mitre?
ps Comment above deleted due to seriously bad type!
What did you type badly freezo..tell us?

"“We cannot rule out the winning bid could prefer a different structure that meant the sale of the business to a new company and, in that eventuality, it is certainly possible that Rangers would be liquidated.
“But it would only be done so after the football club was made safe."
Now show me one that says we cant do that!
You cant can you?
Duke-
Only because another club folded. Happy now?
FFS I'm trying to leave work here.
First of all, why would someone need say it couldn't happen? That's just daft and you know it.
Secondly (and finally), Paul Clark does not say what YOU are saying.
Now, I'm off home.

1. The CVA is the best route. Agree a CVA and you maximise the return for the shareholder, your future revenue is likely to be better due to having increased money from europe, and increased gates due to being a chalenge to the league. This is the best option for the fans and the creditors.
2. People have suggested it! None of the experts you have mentioned have said that this option is not available.
