I'm a big fan of the boxing head gear generally, not just for metal, although it comes in handy at monsters of rock too!

good stuff Poite.

i still got my "nightmare returns" tee shirt from Alices tour in 1987!

unsurprisingly, it doesnt fit anymore.

I'd go for the Kurt Cobian stylie baggy "bosnian" knitted jumper and baggy ripped up jeans wi some black eyliner, proper grunge!! Then chuck misen int' mosh pit n barge into some fellow metal heads aimlesslly!!!

i would like to add that my tee shirt must have shrunk in the was over the years,

its the only logical explanation.

going off topic just a tad here guys, whats the best metal gig youve been too?

for me, Motorhead is always good, never seen a bad one.

but Anthrax and Metal Church in London 87 takes some beating,

I cant believe you have seen Metal Church! Thats pretty awesome. A mate of mine bought 'Weight of The World' for a quid a few years back and we both loved it. They dont seem to do an awful lot of touring these days.

Best gig for me has to Iron Maiden. Couldn't tell you a particular perfomance cos Ive been to quite a few but they have been superb every time.

For me hoops, it has to be Feeders at Leadmill a few years back, they are one of my favorite bands and to see them play and enjoy their music was a joy, a very tight band live, awesome!! Plus it made a nice change not mek a t w at of mi sen int' pit for once

Poite, David Wayne ( lead singer with MC, died in a car crash, 2005 i think?).

That is sad to hear. Would have liked to have seen them some time. I like the classic rock/metal stuff a lot but still keep in touch with the new stuff.
