I think he wants to stay and I hope he gets to successfully prove his fitness in pre-season.
Is he good or fit enough for this division? Don't know, but I hope he is and would be great for fans to see him in Leeds kit at ER again!
As an irish student I don't get to many games, but I remember seeing him at old trafford, and have rooney in his pocket for the whole game.
Would be a major loss, if he can get anywhere near that standard again.
Irish, in footbal no-one owes anyone anything at all, its all about financial gain these days, players have a short carear & worry when they finnish as they have to come into the real world, get a real job etc....... there fore feel the need to assemble as much money as they can, therfore in that respect we must understand why they do what they do.
Jonty, I agree....I want Paddy to stay & prove himself as IMO he is a cracking defender ala woodgate, but not as good as woody. which is why we don't need woody back as then we may have to pertential crocks on our hands.
