Im starting Insanity today.
Ive done some of the workouts mixed in with lifting days before but never the program itself from start to finish.
The workouts are pretty intense.
Although I get through them ok now.
Poor diva will sh 1t a brick if he logs on now
My only worry is the recovery time.
I believe he is here Paul.
If not then hes liable to throw the rope up when he logs on.
Diggler a do a bit every session, plus football every week
if he was talking away on a different article.
