But if you can't be bothered, then in short, yes, I think it is both. But Wenger isn't good enough anymore in terms of basic management skills and he is partially the reason of why Arsenal can not move forward.

just finished part 3, hard to argue with any of it , i think that too many arsenal fans on this board are blinded by previous successes and hatred of the new board to see that wenger isnt the manager he used to be (or maybe he is and thats the problem) as we've seen with SAF he has had to adapt his management style over the years as football advances and maybe wenger hasnt moved on with football
