Paul - good luck pal. Always cheer on English teams if Utd get knocked out (except Liverpool, because they are unbearable)

Yesterday me and the 3 other blokes in the buying dept. did a sweep for the remaining teams in the CL, £20 each winner takes the lot.

I got Barca & Bayern, one guy got City & Real, another got Athletico & PSG.

The guy that picked Wolfsburg & Benfica hasn't stopped moaning since and has already thrown his bits of paper away

That's literally the worst luck you could get

I've got a brilliant sweepstake record since I started working here 3 years ago, Germany won me over £100 in the world cup & I won the CL last year with Barca too.

I remember winning the Euro sweep stake with feckin Greece at school too

I just wish I had similar luck in real bets, never win anything

Wtf you must have been born lucky... Greece ffs

I never bet on football, it's a lottery

I enjoy the odd bet or acca on a weekend, only if i'm sat watching the scores or a certain game though to add interest.

I can understand that It's just such an unpredictable sport.
