I think that if clichy did leave it would be a huge blessing in disguise, allowing us the chance to improve the left back position.
So for that reason I would be very worried if he's leaving against Wenger's wishes, because it would mean that wenger is still blinded to the fact that clichy is a weakness in our defence and has been for the past 3 years.

How manyplayers are Citeh allowed to have, before they fall foul of the rule book? As nearly all their players costs £20m plus, who is going to deal with all the unhappy players there, who cannot be sold without taking a major pay cut.
