I believe he should sign a new deal. But your chairman Phil Gartside may worry that if he does it will tempt other clubs out of buying him. However, it is surely a win-win scenario if he signs a new deal. Good luck for the season.

its the same situation with Samba. no one has made an offer on him yet his name is in the paper every day.

I don't agree with the crazy money going around but surely Cahill is a better player than these two?

Wenger is sleepwalking into anarchy. Wenger just needs to go out and buy a centre back to ease the fans' nerves. But if rumour is to be believed that Fabregas, Nasri and Arshavin will leave then when Wenger should be concentrating on defence he will have to buy more top quality midfielders.

Cahill doesnt owe this club anything. I don't blame him for wanting to leave. Not one Iota. If no bid is received for Cahill by the 20th then he doesnt leave. Simples. I think the team fly to that land inhabited by more United fans than Manchester its self (USA) on Saturday so if hes not gone by then Arsenal better pay for his flight back!!!
