I challenge you to prove that Song was one of our best players DEFENSIVELY. I am talking about his defensive performance and he has been awful in almost every game this season. I am NOT talking about his assists

I never thought Song was one of our best players. I hat watching him play, he's the most undisciplined CDM in the EPL. Always in the wrong place. Plus for the whole of today everytime he got on the ball he was looking for the hollywood pass to RVP. I'm seriously getting sick of Song.

Exactly what I am saying. Forget about his assists for a moment adn look at his defensive performance. How many times do we lose control of midfield when Arteta is playing?

How am I supposed to prove how well he has done defensively as a DM? Our defence has been solid recently, when he's been playing so I dont know how much you can relate that. How can you prove he's been defensively 'awful' in every game he's played?

We've lost at home to Wigan yes, but Wigan dominated Utd last week so it's not as if we got tonked by a bunch of no hopers. It's still in our hands

That is a good analysis. Why are all on Song's back. He wasnt the worst player today.

Song had an extraordinarily poor game tonight and unfortunately his obvious flaws came to the fore tonight and cost us the match. I have said he is a good player but due to flaws to his game he will never really be a world class player.
