You misunderstand the figures, Lady.
£500m for Kronke as a return on his investment
£300m for the rest of the board
Whatever Wenger makes in transfer profits to pay the wages and any new signings.
Oh, I forgot, the other £7m is Wengers wages
£807m is the valuation of the club, including all the assets like property, players, revenues, etc, and intangible assets like the value of the brand, projected sponsorship earnings, the value of simply existing as one of 20 premier league teams and being entitled to a guaranteed stream of TV revenue every year.
The actual cash reserves of Arsenal are around £100m, most of which will be required at some point or other during the season in order to finance outgoings. By keeping this cash in reserve Arsenal are able to save significant amounts by not borrowing short term. Hence they might have £100m in the bank but in reality they cannot withdraw it without incurring significant costs.
Once 2014 is here and Arsenal have the opportunity to renegotiate their sponsorship deals then we will see how much money they truly have. Until then Arsenal will be treading water because of the stadium repayments.
