Haven't seen him play tbh. With it looking likely that Ernie is going to re-sign how will these two gel. Just took a look at his record and he's not exactly prolific

------------------------------------------------------------------------
2009/10 - 13 goals in 40 appearances
2010/11 - 18 goals in 43 appearances
Not bad for a young player (he's only 22 years old) and he won SPFA Young Player of the Year this year, and something similar plus a Scottsh Cup winner's medal the previous year.
What goals to game ratio would you rate as prolific?
I'm not trying to be critical of the boy, I really hope he succeeds and hits it off with Ernie.
I would consider prolific to be a goal every two games.
For the record.
Earnshaw 0.44 goals a game
Goodwillie 0.31 goals a game.
Goodie has been around for a long time. However a regular only for the last two seasons. If you have creative midfielders and good wingers he will get a goal every two games. More intelligent these days and will mature into a good investment.
