He is right though, walker hasn't even been as good as Micah.

As a Spurs fan, I was surprised to see Walker nominated (though he has had a good first season), let alone win. Harry's lack of rotation has done for Walker's form the past few months though - ever present at the age of 21 in your first full PL season? Crazy?

Parker shouldn't have made the cut. Great 'till November, but since then ....

he has been totally overplayed and looks dead on his feet, we got rid of Corluka in jan..

Shocking way to get the best out of a young player

Sorry, but that's just complete BS. Rooney and Ronaldo were both massively rotated by Fergie in their first couple of seasons (same as the da Silva brothers, Anderson, Welbeck etc.). Fact is, it's completely unfair to expect someone in their first PL season at that age to complete what must be a mentally and physically exhausting campaign, when clearly other players also can't manage it.

Bale should also have been rotated the last 2 years, but has played pretty much every game he's been fit for.

Try engaging your brain (or, presuming deficiencies here, google) before posting such nonsense.

I have nothing against Walker, I think he is a great prospect. Also I think 23 is too old for Young Player of the Year. But I don't make the rules.

But to compare the impact of Walker to the impact Ageuro has had is bonkers and as I said embarrassing.

I agree it should've been Kun. But - since it's voted for by peers - perhaps Aguerro is a bit of a Kun and Walker's a decent guy ... ?

Haha the op has a massive chip on his shoulder. Let it go man. No one cares who the young player of the year is. I would swap it in an instant for even one more premier league point

Even though Aguero has been the better player I still think that Kyle was the more deserved winner. Walker came from an average QPR/Villa side to the form he has had this season (admittedly poor of late). Whereas Aguero cost 37m and was already classed one of the best strikers in the world. Bizarre option having him in this award ceremony.

Would be like giving Le Bron James the Rookie award in the 06/07 season.

Again can people take the time to understand how these awards and teams are voted on? They are voted for by the PLAYERS and it is based on performances in the previous 12 months January to January................the voting takes place in January.

I think Aguero deserved to win really.

But Walker won.

not sure what the big deal is?

The nominations for these competitions always baffle me. No inclusion in the candidates for Junior Hoilett but Oxlade-Chamberlain is in there? I must have missed his 3-4 wonder goals this season.
