Should I get another 16kg kettlebell so I can use two at once or move up to the 24kg one?
IMO invest in a variable bar and dumbells

Depends where your head is
Second makes a lot more sense. Can build more strength/progress in my training. Costs more though and I'm skint
No dumbbells. I want to be different and special
On a related note, you can distinguish an ACL tear from other ligament damage if there is blood when you perform aspiration
In other news. Am I wearing yellow pants today? Yes, yes I am

Rumoured Chelsea third kit.
Thats the most boring kit ever.
A kettlebell is just a fixed weight dumbell is many ways
I done my ACL in a few years ago.
Bloody hurt, biggest problem was waiting 2 years on the NHS to get it done.
By the time they got round to it there was nothing left to repair, they had to take a tendon from the back of my knee as use it as a replacement for my ACL.
Yellow pants? Brave soul.
Weight distribution is different for a kettlebell so doing the same exercises with a dumbbell not necessarily the same impact
Damn mate. How's the knee now?
