Obers must be about 5'7 or something.
But I honestly do not look that thin. I look about right.
I think it is because I have no fat on my arms, legs or stomach bascially
I've taken shíts heavier than obers.
I'm a 34 but always have to wear a belt. I just have really big thighs for my height.
Weight of my boots give my legs an added workout
But I did have my haircut so that might have affected my weight
If anything I want to lose more weight in some areas
Actually I very rarely have to wear a belt but the waist is usually looser than it should be.
I have a bum like Hulk. Makes buying trousers and getting the right size hard
If you lose weight and fat in some areas, and then put on weight, will you put on the weight in the same places that you wanted to get rid of it or will it go straight to your stomach?
Obers - Depends. Mostly it will go back to your stomach/waist etc.
Give it a try and let us know the results Obers.
After my diet I had a large meal and absolutely hated it. I had completely forgot how it felt to be full. It's awful.
RtM - I know the feeling. I can't eat half of what I could of a big meal.
I always want a big burger but can never finish it.
You have to believe in your stomach
Adrian Lewis V Taylor. Wish they could both lose. Biggest 's in darts.
Come back and see Don talking about how the dresses he buys makes his bum look big
But I'm also looking to go to the gym more..at the moment I'm 5"10 and 70kg/11 stone, so about average esipecally for someone my age. But my arms and legs are still skinny, though I have a strong core and chest. Want to build up the limbs essentially, which hopefully won't be too hard as there's not even any fat to lose.
But you guys make building muscle mass seem hard, I thought it'd just be something like 3-4 good 1 hour workouts a week, not all this supplements and ab toners and diet changes
It's easy when you're naturally a beast like me BK.

Is it awkward when you take your top off at Newcastle games and you're not the size of a small whale?
Npe add a bit of weight training. Found it helped my get my body fat% down better than just simply running.
BK - It's not that it's hard as such, it's just the time and effort you have to put in. To be building a good amount of muscle you want to be doing 2 hours of weightlifting about 4/5 times a week (make sure you have a few rest days). So you could split it up some days to a morning and afternoon workout.
Protein is also a must (you don't HAVE to have supplements, just that it can be more convenient than having to eat a ton of protein).
