Provided you've regularly been doing sports for a few years and have eaten not too unhealthily you should be able to retain a fairly athletic build.

Umm....where do you tend to lose weight first?

Much of that 11ilbs i have so far lost have from my chin, my legs, my tricep and also my left moob, but surprisingly not the right one, which is nearly twice the size as the now reduced left one

Well I pretty much opted out of physical activity until I turned 18 so I can empathise with having a bit of a mountain to climb.

CSTP that is the same as me. I am 5ft 10 and a half but I just round it up to 5ft11

Yeah a gym would be great. We have a rowing mahcine and a bike thing in our garage. But other than two 1.3kg weights I use as doorstops....not much else.


Gonna have to buy Gym membership somewhere....

You can't target fat to be lost - we store short term fat on our stomachs and longer term fat elsewhere - arms, back, a'rse, obliques, chest etc... You will just lose it from everywhere over time, even your face a bit. You can get definition by targeting intramuscular fat but that's a different thing to weight loss.

I was chubby up until the age of 12 but my chubbiness somehow magically disappeared. Must have been something to do with puberty. Since then I've been able to stay in shape (aside from a small period last year) without ever stepping inside a gym.
