CSTP would mutilate people because during the process of murdering them he wouldn't be able to decide if he truly wanted them dead. He would take his time and they would basically bleed out.

Just me that thought Luiz wasn't bad against Newcastle?
Aside from that half-hearted tackle against Shola and his passes which were wayward incisive horizontal passes for a large portion(which I don't mind because at least he is attempting them, showing attacking intent to try and pick out the forward players).
Didn't do much else wrong defensively.
Not at fault for the goals conceded either.
No. He wasn't any worse than anyone else.

I used to like the old SLR Carrot.
The GPMG is a bit of a beast though - would probably be my weapon of choice faced by a thousand screaming Taliban!
You can save the rattle for your first born RtM
Brummie - you were at the Emirates last week, right?
Careful how you answer this character
Can I just say, i've had problems with players' fitness levels before, not necessarily our players, but I have further evidence to back it up. I've been told that some of the Spurs squad under Redknapp were a blight on their trainer (unverifiable) and today i've seen twice ex-pro youth players be completely crap at gym based exercise. Surely if you're going to be a pro footballer you would want to be in peak condition, give yourself the best chance, and so you would maybe know how to use a gym?
You don't have to use a gym to bulk up, but you would think that a resistance/freeweight component would help almost any pro athlete.
Depends TCW. Being good at your preferred sport doesn't always mean peak condition. Technique alone can get you far.
I don't see how a player can't be conditioned to have good stamina levels for 90 minutes. In my mad world all the players would be Ramires'ing around.
Not all bodies are built for that. Mine isn't
Bloke who runs my course told me that fitness practices in top level football is for some reason, not up to scratch in comparison to other sports. I have no idea whether that is actually true.
You'd basically be training them into the ground in the process of getting them ready. Basically they'd be useless during the process of trying to prove themselves.
Old men and women can run marathons.
RtM that is true I suppose. Though with the right programme (footballers wouldn't need to go heavy for starters) and nutrition, etc...
Who am I kidding, i'm sure they're already doing it.
Except i'm still not that impressed with many footballers fitness levels given that it is something which is far from beyond control, and it is their job to maximise their performance.

Running a marathon is SO different. I suppose the comparison would work if on a fast break everyone ran at the same general jogging pace
Walking Dead was boring at the start but the end was interesting
I can jog for a hell of a lot longer than I can play football at a decent performance level.
I know, it's primarily endurance based as opposed to primarily power based. Essien used to be the epitome of what a good gym programme could do for the right player.
