That was basically where I was at when I stopped. I have a feeling I couldve hit high 90's had I stuck with it. With control thats an MLB contract.

Still I dont want to play.

So you have no regrets at all? Never wonder as to what could have been?

I don't know what those numbers mean but i'm going to assume that they are at least surprisingly good. Have you never thought about getting involved in some team? Baseball is one of those great sports where you can get plenty of rest time.

-------------

MLB teams have like 200+ games a season. There is little to no rest. Although pitchers are rotated so that isnt quite true for them.

I don't mean on a professional level. More an enjoyment thing. It's just a shame to never use the talent you have/worked for.

When I stopped I felt I didnt have anything to prove. I was so confident in my ability every time I played. Ive had a couple of friends invite me to games to play just for fun. Sometimes I go. I generally still out perform guys playing in sunday leagues. I just dont enjoy it.

Harsh. Well there you go. The world potentially deprived of a professional athlete.

I thought that for awards and stuff it almost deliberately wouldn't go to any close relatives of people in high power because people will just say it wasn't deserved, unless it was someone who was unanimously considered the most deserving.

Plus the other kids weighed like two thirds what I did. It wasn't really fair.
