Andre Villas-Boas insists he only wants 15 years as a football manager because the job is too stressful.
The Chelsea boss, 34 last month, is only three years into his management career but he is already plotting his life away from the game.
The ups and downs of football management have not been more apparent than in the last seven days. Sir Alex Ferguson celebrates a quarter of a century at the Manchester United helm this weekend, marking one of the greatest achievements in British football. But that is in stark contrast to Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp’s week after he was forced to undergo heart surgery.
Gerard Houllier and Sam Allardyce have also both suffered heart scares.
‘It’s a stressful job which is why I don’t want to be doing it for a long time, but the passion for the job is not affected,’ said Villas-Boas, who takes his Chelsea side to Blackburn this afternoon.
‘Eventually, Gerard decided to step down - rightly so - last year and we’re happy that Harry’s operation went well. My idea

If this is true I genuinely wouldn't mind a move for him, he would be much less than Barkley but IMO around similar in potential, and is the type of classy, deep midfielder that we're lacking in the youth set-up
Id find it funny if that happened tbh.
Expect Manc wums on our board telling us he was "never that good" however
