Louis gets so much better as the show goes on. There are stretches when he is the only reason to watch the show.

Erm, because he is.


Well his best is better than Ronaldo's best if you get my meaning.

However, Ronaldo has played better than him for last 18 months or so....

Dribbling, passing and creating chances.

Messi record season.

In the subjective sense, him on the ball is considerably more exciting than Ronaldo. I expect the spectacular more.

Also his dribbling, his attitude/team compatibility, (at his best) goalscoring, football intelligence, passing, creating chances...

he is also more of a talismanic figure, there is something about his ridiculous number of trophies and his central role in them that seems so perfect.

At his best yes.

Iniesta would make top 5 though.

Considering in Messi's last two full seasons he has scored 101 goals in 96 appearances yes I'd still havehim in my top 3 players in the world at least, if not first.

105 goals in 102 games since 2012 isnt bad is it?

Depsite dips in performance...he is still brutal (if that term can be applied to him) phenomenon in front of goal...

I havent looked up the other players but that probably is ahead of Ibra, Suarez and Ronaldo.
