A claim by Chelsea that the three-match suspension for Cesc Fabregas is excessive has been upheld by an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing.

Fabregas was dismissed for violent conduct during the West Bromwich Albion FC v Chelsea FC fixture on 18 May.

The Regulatory Commission has reduced the Chelsea midfielder’s suspension to one match, to be served with immediate effect.

Konoplyanka it is I think. And nah he's kinda average. Why swap Cuadrado for him when Cuadrado is better?

I meant my opinion. I don't watch Konoplyanka at all. He might have suddenly gotten better than Messi for all I know. But in the general consensus Cuadrado > Kono.

Just hasn't quite clicked for him yet. He's not been on the same wavelength of the rest of the team. But I think he can come good, when i've seen him play he looks like... Like there's a good footballer wrapped in a membrane which they need to break out of.
