Lol nice one mate.
Apparantly Aguero has said that there are a "few" clubs interested in him, and that he will decide soon.
Can anyone inform me of the name changes? I think you know who I am though
As soon as we get the manager sorted i think the transfers will follow on from there.
Think we might have atleast 2 confirmed by the end of June, and probably 2-3 players gone before then as well.
CSTP - That sounds like a disease
I'd hate Aguero go to another team in England.
Realistically i think Man City and Liverpool will put in bids.
But he wouldn't join Liverpool to play EL.
But Man City can pay even more money than us in wages
Think Liverpool ruled him out because of his wage demands.
Only two clubs in England that would pay them are us and City. Even at a push i think we would match City's wages. Even though it would go against lowering the wage bill.
Think we might have the advantage in having Torres. Plus he's always said he would like to live in London, and play with players like Drogba and Lampard.
Utube - Sergio Kun Agüero and his son Benjamin Agüero.
He seems a down to earth guy
WHO IS THIS STAN LAURAL GUY?!
Ahh..I no longer feel crazy
Turning into quite the game there.
You need to change that name.
I'm searching for one as well
Weve been giving £57.4M in T.V rights from 09/10, think that includes the end of this season.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/A84971460
We actually make quite a bit each year, which does help to dispell the Fair Play concerns from some.
Weve got about 57M from T.V rights. And in an article a few days ago i had a look at our contracts with Addidas and Samsung
Samsung our contract us about 5 years worth 25M
Addidas we signed an 8 year contract with them in 2005 i think for 100M over the 8 years. We then signed an extended 8 year contract with them worth 100M again in January 2010 i think.
So if we make roughly, 57M from T.V rights, added by 5M a year from Samsung and about 13M a year from Addidas.
Plus what the club makes on top of that. Not bad
If we could only get to another CL final and win it.
Then the money rolls in.
I have an idea...
As we're situated in a very expensive area, surely we could hire a few developers to invest in local infrastructures ie we get loads of top property developers, each making a decent profit from every building invested in. Obviously it would be on a much larger scale, but these things can add up! Eventually we'll have worked on most buildings in West London.
We could also try and hire someone to do a 'dragons den' type thing.
Basically make safe investments that are sure to pay for themselves over time.
I think once our Pre-Season hits Asia we'll get a few sponsor deals from Asian companies.
Also with the World Cup in Russia, Roman might be able to pull some sponsorships in from that. Obviously they wouldn't give us much, but they would be more well know.
In fact why don't we just do something related to a few of the nearby private schools? I played in an under 14 B team which beat Latymer 5-0 this season. They're local, and I'm sure the club could host some sort of evening event there.
