It definitely did. Up until 2012 I used to think about that night a lot. But after us winning the CL in 2012 and the way we did it I only get reminded of that Final in Moscow when someone brings it up.

2012 was glorious but doesn’t make up for Moscow or that dlck Ovrebo or the ghost goal. Very easily could be sitting on about 3 or 4 CLs right now

1) ghost goal was better than alternative of a red card and penalty.

2) Chelsea missed the pen, there was no conspiracy in 2008 and Utd just scored their pens and we didn't. In a match where we could have been 3-0 down by half time but could have won by 2-3 goals if we had put our chances away in second half/extra time - but we didn't.

3) I agree about Ovrebo.
