Problem with Musonda is he was kept as 4th choice winger in a formation that uses 2, which seems reasonable enough.

But in reality, we play 3-5-2 a lot more this season, so he's essentially 4th choice player for one position in the team. That's simply never going to work out.

Zappacosta is 3rd choice RWB, to name another example.

The most stupid case was in 13/14 when we had SIX winger/AMs in the squad, and yet Mou would still insist on sometimes playing Ramires on the right. So at times it was 6 competing for just 2 positions.

I enjoy banter and winding up Obers as much as the next man, but I know what it means to see your team in the World Cup, so I do feel sad for Obers on this.

When we get ko'd by Iceland again and Obers is putting the boot in I may not hold back, but until then I will leave him be on this.
