Without Kante I really don't think we can make 3-4-3 work. I know it is tough with Drinkwater injured too but until Kante is back and fully fit I think we have to go 3-5-2 or 4-3-3 with Luiz in midfield

Good points....still never going to work when your marquee players don't turn up though....and it seems most didn't today

We had a really good spell in the second half where there were enough chances to score 3 goals. I think taking off Bats was a mistake, as that's exactly the situation he thrives in and surely would've been able to poach a goal himself. Pedro should've come on for Willian instead. Maybe Musonda for Bats later, but only if things didn't improve.

No reason why not...in fact it should be encouraged

When we were chasing the game I also thought we should've taken a defender off. What's the point in playing 5 defenders when you're desperate for a goal.

Or Conte can get selection right (for starters) to make 343 work In Kante's absence, which can paper over the cracks of absent Kante.

I actually think we're heading in the opposite direction. Surely eventually football viewing will become more accessible.

Hoping for a 'season ticket' option where you get to watch all the games involving your team over the course of a season for a reasonably priced subscription. I don't know if it wouldn't be feasible for the same reason 3pm games aren't.

I thought Baka + Fab were our best two players today.

Fab's passing was good but he is so easily bypassed in midfield.

Neither Arsenal nor Liverpool look any more impressive than we do. I don't think finishing above those two teams is really an 'achievement'. More like the minimum expectation. 3rd ahead of Spurs would be an achievement, though.

Hoping for a good CL run this year.
