Fury would easily fill Wembley if he fought in the UK now. Its impressive and more lucrative that he is almost exclusively fighting in the US

If you put your sports event in Saudi Arabia right now they pay you a ton of money

'His huge pay day is in part thanks to Saudi Arabia paying a staggering £33m to host the fight after making an 11th-hour bid to snatch the rematch from Cardiff.'

Christ more than i thought they would have paid

The Saudi shows and Fox deal are the only things keeping them profitable right now. Most other avenues of business are down for Vince. They make something stupid like $60m per Saudi show, twice per year.

I don’t blame them for running the ‘blood money’ events

To be fair if the game played out fairly we would have drawn 1-1 which wouldn’t have been so bad.

Chelsea have lost as many PL home games this season as they did between Feb 2004 and November 2010

and were still 4th....

and people say the league is not weak this term....this says it is

Didn't see The Lamps interview last night..was too fuming

I guess he referred to the two VAR decisions & injuries both prior top the game & during
Bottom line, we flatter ourselvers at 4th & are not anywhere near good enough without the four top players we are missing

Said we'd be 8th this term....it's getting nearer every week

The UFC has its issues but at least it makes the big match ups happen
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yup, AJ, Wilder and Fury would likely all have fought each other already in the UFC.

That's the difference between one sporting organization where everything happens under one controlling body and another sport where it doesn't.

Can you image Dana White allowing the UFC to be split up and governed by different organisations ? No because it's an absurd idea and yet that's what we've got in boxing.

It was the usual from Lampard in his interview, he's a broken record and admitting it himself.

We created lots of chances, we didn't take any of them. They had 2 shots on target, scored both prior to the Ighalo shot.

All well and good talking about the poor attacking play but he never mentions how bad we are defensively and how we keep conceding the same awful goals.

Is it 7 clean sheets all season? That's absolutely dreadful. I thought the return of Rudiger would improve things, it hasn't in all honesty. We've had a partnership of Rudi & AC still no change really. Goalkeeper rotation, still nothing. Azpi at LB to make us better defensively but again it hasn't done us any favours. Also feel there is a lack of protection for the back 4, how easy are we to break against.

Our February and March fixtures

Pulisic, Tammy and Giroud will all need to be heavily involved if we're going to get anything from this horror show run of games coming up.

If Loftus-Cheek is fully fit and ready to play in the first team anytime soon that would be a major bonus as well.

I'd quite fancy our chances to create and score a decent amount of goals with a fully fit first 11:

Willy Ruben Pulisic
Tammy

Willian has gone back to his usual self, pretty poor. Thought the ref was wrong when he booked him for a dive though, clear free kick outside the box.

Pulisic is a big miss, he can score from the wide areas, take players on. RLC will take time getting back upto speed, I'll be careful with him.

Giroud looked far better than Michy in short cameo, nice flick to set up Kovacic and a great header which was marginally offside. Giroud is also effective at defending set pieces.

Yeah Giroud has to get a look in now. Certainly needs to be ahead of Michy in the pecking order.

Agreed, there are so many other issues besides finishing.

Defensively it's been the same errors made throughout the whole season.
